We are Josie and Greg Smith, proud owners of BCS Home and Pool.

No strangers to the world of property management, we offer a rich combination of experience that stretches over decades in project management and property development.  From overseeing bustling construction sites to ensuring every brick and beam is placed just right, we have been deeply involved in creating dream homes for many.

Given our vast background, transitioning into property management here in La Paz and subsequently taking over Baja Home and Pool (formerly the wonderful Beverly and Rick Durvin) felt like a natural and fateful progression.  

We are not only seasoned professionals but also homeowners, just like you. We understand firsthand the intricacies, the joys, and challenges that come with property ownership.
